Joining Waitemata Lodge

When you make contact with us, we will be keen to talk to you and to answer any questions you may have about Freemasonry or the Waitemata Lodge. It is often easiest to meet with one of our members face to face, possibly for a coffee somewhere, for an informal and confidential chat.

If you are interested in joining the lodge, you will be asked to fill out an application form.

We will also want to arrange for some of our senior members to meet with you. This is for us to meet and get to know you, but also for you to meet us and decide if we are right for you. We will be happy to tell you about meetings, what you should expect and the cost of being a member.

After that meeting, you will be advised as to the outcome of your application, and hopefully being successful, you will be given details of when to attend your first meeting!
